Trips and Events Calendar

Join the Off-Road Exploration with Toyota Land Cruiser Club of WA

From the early days of the club, we have organised trips to some of the most scenic and challenging locations in Western Australia.  Our long trips have included the Kimberley, Goldfields, Murchison, Dirk Hartog Island, Canning Stock Route, Baxter Cliffs, Simpson Desert, Great Victoria Desert and many more, some to be travelled again and again. Day runs have taken us to Avon Valley, Pinnacles, Stirling Dam, Wandoo Woodlands, Wilbinga and Julimar Forest. Be sure to check out our trips page to see what we have planned for the coming months. For members we offer exclusive 4WDriver Training Weekends twice a year.  These weekends cover a range of topics, including different terrains encountered when off-roading, convoy procedures, recovery equipment and techniques. We believe in maintaining consistent radio and convoy procedures for the safety of all members during club activities.  Our commitment to environmental preservation is also an important aspect of our club’s activities and we adhere to a strong code of ethics to ensure that we leave no negative impact on the environment.

From scenic drives to technical off-road challenges and social activities, there is something for everyone. Our members use swags, tents, roof top campers, camper vans, hybrids and caravans. It all depends on the route and the trip leader’s requirements. Relaxing around a campfire after travelling on the gravel is a very satisfying close to the day. Whilst most club activities are open to visitors there is a requirement to have high tensile tow points for trips that involve difficult terrain. When you apply for membership, all that’s needed is to have high tensile tow points, a CB radio, attended a club meeting and travelled on two convoy trips so you’ve experienced our radio procedure and learnt about the club’s responsible approach. With an active events calendar containing many trip types and destinations, there is easy scope for you to plan your next adventure with the club. Whether you’re an experienced 4WD enthusiast or just starting out and wanting to learn more in a controlled and safe way, TLCCWA is the perfect platform for you to connect with like-minded individuals and explore the Australian great outdoors together
