Welcome to the Toyota Land Cruiser Club of WA (TLCCWA) online shop. Merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions [collectively, Conditions] set out below. By shopping on this website you are agreeing to all of the Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Privacy
TLCCWA will endeavour to maintain your personal information confidentially and will not provide it [free of charge or for charge] to any third party. Despite this, we are a small organisation and cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be accessed improperly or unlawfully.
2. Members Only
Financial members of TLCCWA can make purchases of any items on this website. Members of the public can only purchase items that are not club uniforms or the branded rear tyre covers.
3. Delivery Terms
Please note TLCCWA do not deliver outside Australia.
Supplier delivery times may vary, however every attempt will be made to inform you when your order arrives. It will be available for collection at the next club meeting.
If you select the “post and pack” option an additional payment will be required to cover postage costs. On arrival from the supplier your item/s will be packed and posted by a member of the club to the nominated Australian address.
Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. TLCCWA is not responsible for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided.
4. Confirmation of Electronic Order
Your electronic order will generate an email [to your nominated email address] from our Retail Officer, requesting confirmation of order details. This is your opportunity to ensure all order details are correct

5. TLCCWA May Refuse or Modify Orders
TLCCWA reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us if TLCCWA, for reasons beyond its reasonable control, cannot supply the particular product ordered. TLCCWA may also, in its discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, if TLCCWA reasonably considers the product is popular or supply is limited and should be fairly rationed amongst customers. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or the same credit card. If TLCCWA makes a change to or cancels an order, we will do our best to notify you.
6. Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering.
7. Cancellation
From the point of verification and confirmation of your order with the TLCCWA Retail Officer, cancellation will not be accepted. Please choose carefully, and when asked to verify and confirm your order by the Retail Officer, be sure to check for accuracy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website [including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and graphics] is the property of TLCCWA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on our content without written permission of TLCCWA.
The TLCCWA logo belongs to TLCCWA and cannot be used or reproduced without written permission of TLCCWA.
9. Australian Consumer Law
The contract formed on placement of an order, signifying acceptance of the Conditions, and subsequent verification and confirmation of your order with our Retail Officer, shall comply in every respect with Australian Consumer Law. TLCCWA shall honor every implied consumer guarantee and otherwise observe all of its obligations at law.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
TLCCWA may update the Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website. Orders placed after that date will be subject to the revised Conditions.
11. Governing Law
All contracts made incorporating the Conditions shall be subject to the law of Western Australia.
